Software Engineer/ Senior Software Engineer

Key Points:

We are looking for Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer (PHP Full-Stack) with skills and experience in building modern web applications using back-end technologies (Laravel framework), front-end technologies ).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop client-side and server-side architecture for web and mobile applications.
  • Design and develop effective APIs.
  • Design, develop, and manage well-functioning databases.
  • Design, develop, and integrate cross-platform mobile applications.
  • Design, develop, and integrate mobile-responsive web applications.
  • Write clean, secure, test-driven, easily maintainable, and modular code; coach the team to do the same.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Unit test, troubleshoot, debug, and monitor activities to ensure or improve responsiveness and efficiency on all projects.
  • Recognize new problems or situations and find solutions using a systematic, multi-step approach.
  • Manage deployment processes and work with containerization tools like Docker.
  • Work closely with project managers or stakeholders to ideate software solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve development processes.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering
  • Skills Required: MySQL, VueJS, Elasticsearch, REDIS, ReactJS, docker, Apache Kafka, PHP Laravel

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Software Company

Additional Requirements

  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design, PHP, and MySQL/MariaDB/Oracle.
  • Good knowledge of data security, indexing, partitioning, and data replication.
  • Clear knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), Agile-SCRUM methodologies, and N-Tier architecture.
  • Deep understanding of SDLC development principles with project management knowledge.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and embrace challenges and new opportunities without feeling pressured.

  • Professional experience with web technologies including

  • Strong knowledge of web servers such as Apache and Nginx.
  • Must have experience with Git or other version control tools.
  • Must have experience with Docker or other containerization platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards.
