Executive/Jr. Executive-Institutional Sales
Job Description / Responsibility
we are looking for 3 Individuals to ensure effective market coverage and business development in the institutional sales segment by managing customer relationships, generating sales, and achieving assigned targets within the designated territory.
Routine/Regular Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong relationships with existing institutional clients
- Identify and onboard new institutional customers to expand market presence
- Ensure timely credit collection from customers as per company policy
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a regular basis
- Ensure proper geographical market coverage within the assigned territory
- Manage and monitor customer management systems effectively
- Generate B2B sales through institutional channels
Non-Routine/Periodical Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
- Prepare and update credit reports as required
- Maintain and update route lists and customer databases
Educational Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline from any reputed Public/Private universities
- Skills Required: Institutional Sales, Institutional Sales Marketing
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Manufacturing (FMCG),Group of Companies,Bicycle,Beverage,Dairy
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, basic reporting)
- Ability to work independently in field-based sales roles
- Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset
