Role Description

This is a full-time Junior Executive role based on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Jr. Executive will be responsible for executing operational tasks, analyzing data, maintaining communication with international clients, and ensuring adherence to internal processes and compliance standards. The role also involves drafting reports, managing records, and providing administrative support to the team for efficient workflow and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and data management skills, with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel and data platforms
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and clients
  • Ability to execute tasks efficiently while paying attention to details, following structured workflows
  • Basic knowledge of business processes, office software, and administrative tools
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with care and professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, IT, or a related domain
  • Experience in a BPO, IT operations, or back-office environment is advantageous
