Your Role in Our Mission
As a Lead SOC Analyst, you will take charge of building and running our Security Operations Center (SOC) while acting as a technical authority in network security engineering. In this foundational role, you will design SOC processes, guide and mentor analysts, deploy monitoring technologies, and directly strengthen our overall security posture.

How You'll Make An Impact
Build & Lead the SOC

• Establish a fully functional SOC, defining staffing, processes, tooling, and escalation procedures.
• Train, mentor, and lead SOC analysts, shaping team growth and performance.
• Design and maintain SOC playbooks for detection, response, and escalation.

Drive Monitoring & Incident Response

• Implement and manage SOC tools such as SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and Threat Intel feeds.
• Ensure 24/7 monitoring coverage and lead incident response efforts.
• Monitor network traffic and provide forensic evidence during investigations.

Strengthen Network & Cloud Security

• Design and maintain secure network infrastructure: firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, NAC, proxies, and WAF.
• Harden routers, switches, and load balancers to prevent attacks.
• Implement segmentation, Zero Trust, and least-privilege network models.
• Secure hybrid environments, remote workforce, and third-party access.

Drive Compliance & Collaboration

• Align SOC operations with frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and GDPR.
• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and business units to drive security initiatives.
• Define and execute the SOC roadmap, evolving operations from reactive monitoring to proactive threat hunting.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in EEE, CSE, ETE, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with hands-on exposure to SOC operations and/or network security.
• Strong hands-on skills with Palo Alto, Cisco, or Fortinet firewalls; SIEM/SOAR platforms; IDS/IPS; and cloud-native security controls.
• Solid understanding of incident response, forensics, and threat intelligence.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, TLS/PKI, and cloud networking.
• Industry-standard certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.) are a plus.

Your X-Factor

• Proven experience building and scaling SOC operations with strong processes, tools, and escalation workflows.
• Hands-on expertise in network and cloud security, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and Zero Trust models.
• Strong incident response, threat intelligence, and forensic investigation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale a SOC from the ground up, combining vision and technical expertise to secure enterprise and cloud environments.
