Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Elementary School Teacher, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Elementary School Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, instructing students, and assessing student performance. Other responsibilities include maintaining a safe and productive classroom environment, communicating with parents and guardians, and participating in school meetings and professional development activities. The teacher will also collaborate with other staff members to foster a supportive school community.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Curriculum Development and Elementary Education
  • Strong Teaching skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to meet student needs
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Relevant Education degree or certification
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other educators and staff
  • Passion for working with young children and fostering their educational development
