Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated
Patient Relations & Visa Processing Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist Bangladeshi patients by providing consultation on available medical services in Thailand, guiding them through the document preparation process, and handling visa procedures. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with patients to understand their healthcare needs and provide information on Thai hospitals and medical services.
  • Assist patients in preparing necessary medical documents for hospital appointments and treatments.
  • Guide patients through visa application processes, ensuring all documentation meets the required standards.
  • Liaise with Thai hospitals to coordinate appointments, treatment schedules, and necessary follow-ups.
  • Maintain patient records and manage documentation for visa processing, medical history, and travel arrangements.
  • Offer continuous support to patients throughout their medical journey, ensuring smooth communication between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Stay updated with visa regulations and healthcare policies between Bangladesh and Thailand.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Healthcare, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
  • Previous experience in patient consultation, healthcare facilitation, or visa processing is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both in Bengali and English).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of visa application processes and healthcare systems in Bangladesh or Thailand is a plus.
