The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in planning and executing brand-driven marketing initiatives that strengthen Praava Health's presence both online and offline. This position is responsible for developing and delivering strategic campaigns that increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and promote Praava's healthcare services. By creating impactful content that builds trust, educates patients, and reflects the company's values and mission, the Marketing Executive will contribute to enhancing patient engagement, reinforcing brand authority, and aligning all marketing efforts with the organization's vision. 

Key Responsibility Areas:

  1. Ideate and execute strategic marketing initiatives aligned with brand objectives.
  2. Manage and grow social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand presence and engagement.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor marketing projects.
  4. Develop engaging content and promotional materials for both digital and offline channels.
  5. Write healthcare-focused blog posts tailored to patient education and brand authority.
  6. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize future activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, consumer services, or digital marketing.
  • Experience in managing social media channels and executing campaigns.

Technical Skills/Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills, with a focus on healthcare topics.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, SEO, and content optimization.
  • Ability to coordinate with creative teams for design and production.
