Job Description / Responsibility

  1. Inbound Calls Handling
    :

  2. Respond to inquiries from potential buyers, tenants, or investors.

  3. Provide information about real estate projects, pricing, availability, site visits, and amenities.

  4. Outbound Calls
    :

  5. Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns or property portals.

  6. Call existing or previous clients for new projects, feedback, or referral programs.

  7. Lead Qualification
    :

  8. Understand the customer's requirements (budget, location, property type).

  9. Categorize leads based on potential interest and readiness to buy.

Lead Management & CRM

  1. Data Entry & Maintenance
    :

  2. Update lead details in CRM systems or internal databases.

  3. Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up schedules.

  4. Follow-ups
    :

  5. Schedule and remind prospects about site visits or meetings.

  6. Nurture cold or warm leads over time through regular communication.

Support for Sales & Marketing

  1. Coordination
    :

  2. Coordinate with the sales team for site visits, property bookings, and client meetings.

  3. Assist in arranging transport for site visits, if required.

  4. Campaign Support
    :

  5. Support marketing campaigns by calling lists generated from ads, events, or property expos.

Customer Service & Relationship Building

  1. Customer Support
    :

  2. Address queries or complaints about existing projects, payments, possession dates, etc.

  3. Redirect more complex issues to relevant departments (legal, finance, CRM, etc.).

  4. Building Rapport
    :

  5. Build trust and relationships to increase conversion chances.

  6. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.

Reporting & Feedback

  1. Daily/Weekly Reporting
    :

  2. Submit reports on call status, lead conversion, and customer feedback to supervisors.

  3. Share market insights or common customer concerns with marketing/sales teams.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Real Estate
