Educational Requirements
:

• Bachelor's Degree
  in any discipline (preferably in Education, Business, or related fields).

Job Experience
:

• 3 to 5 years
  of experience in educational counselling or related fields, especially within consulting firms, immigration, and education consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities
:

Sales and Business Development
:

• Meet
  daily and weekly sales targets
  , ensuring the achievement of company goals.
• Provide tailored counselling to students, guiding them in selecting courses, universities, and scholarships that best align with their needs and aspirations.
• Generate and convert leads
  through effective communication, follow-up, and engagement to drive business growth.

Promotional Content and Social Media
:

• Create and review
  weekly promotional videos
  to highlight services, success stories, and university opportunities.
• Represent the company on social media platforms and at events, ensuring visibility and engagement through promotional campaigns.

Student Counselling and Support
:

• Offer expert guidance to students, parents, and families about university admissions, courses, entrance exams, and scholarships.
• Provide
  telephonic counselling
  to potential clients, guiding them to schedule in-person meetings for more detailed discussions.
• Assist students with
  visa applications
  and related study abroad preparation.

Networking and Representation
:

• Represent the company at educational fairs and events, establishing key relationships with foreign university delegates.
• Be proactive in attending industry events to build a network and generate new business opportunities.

Flexibility and Troubleshooting
:

• Must be flexible
  to accommodate the dynamic needs of the company, including adjustments in sales strategies, content creation, or counselling methods.
• Address and resolve any challenges or issues that arise in the process, ensuring smooth operations for students and the company.

NOC and Other References
:

• NOC (No Objection Certificate)
  : The candidate must be prepared to provide a valid
  No Objection Certificate
  from their previous employer if applicable.
• References
  : Professional references and any relevant documentation must be provided to validate experience and professional background.

Required Skills

• Sales Expertise
  : Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets while developing new business opportunities.
• Video Content Creation
  : Ability to produce engaging, high-quality promotional videos for social media and other marketing channels.
