Job Description / Responsibility

লোকেশন: শনির আখড়া, ঢাকা (On-site)

আপনার মূল দায়িত্ব (Key Responsibilities):

  • ভিডিও কনটেন্টের স্ক্রিপ্ট লেখা — মা ও শিশুর যত্ন, ভেষজ, হেয়ার কেয়ার এবং পার্সোনাল ব্র্যান্ডিং—এই ধরনের আলাদা আলাদা অডিয়েন্সের জন্য ভিডিও স্ক্রিপ্ট তৈরি করতে হবে।
  • Audience Psychology বুঝে গল্প বলা — মা-শিশুর ভয়, কনফিউশন, চাহিদা বা প্রেগন্যান্সির সময়কার সংকট যেমন বোঝেন, তেমনি একজন স্ক্যাল্প ইনফেকশনভোগী মানুষের মনস্তত্ত্বও ধরতে পারেন—এই টাইপের অনুভব দিয়ে কনটেন্ট বানাতে হবে।
  • Content Format অনুযায়ী Structure লেখা —
  • Reels (30–60s emotional hook)
  • YouTube Short / VSL
  • Testimonial-Style Script
  • Story-Driven AD Copy
  • Sales-Driven AD Content
  • ভিডিও টিমকে দিকনির্দেশনা দেওয়া — একজন স্ক্রিপ্ট রাইটার হিসেবে Editor, Designer ও Voice Artist যেন আপনার গল্প বুঝে কাজ করতে পারে, তার জন্য brief বা reference ঠিক করে দিতে হবে।
  • নিয়মিত Content Planning মিটিংয়ে অংশগ্রহণ — BuzzBlu Team-এর সাথে brainstorm করে idea-থেকে-ready কনটেন্ট journey তে নেতৃত্ব দিতে হবে।

  • যে যোগ্যতা থাকা জরুরি (Requirements):
  • মা ও শিশুর সমস্যা, হেয়ার কেয়ার বা নারীদের দুশ্চিন্তা সংক্রান্ত কনটেন্টে আগ্রহ এবং অনুভব থাকতে হবে।
  • Copywriting ও ভিডিও স্ক্রিপ্টিং-এ বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে (কমপক্ষে ১ বছর)।
  • বাংলা ভাষায় সুন্দর গল্প বলার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে (ইংরেজি জানলে অতিরিক্ত সুবিধা)।
  • Content Funnel, Audience Trigger, Problem-Solution Hook—এসব সম্পর্কে বেসিক ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
  • Premiere Pro, Canva বা AI Tools (ChatGPT, Firefly, Runway AI) জানলে বাড়তি সুবিধা।
