Key Responsibilities

  • Write high-quality blog posts, product documentation, landing page copy, release notes, help guides, FAQs.
  • Create product-focused content that aligns with SEO and marketing funnels (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retention).
  • Conduct technical research and simplify plugin/theme features for non-technical users.
  • Develop SaaS onboarding content, email sequences, how-to guides, and training materials.
  • Prepare content for product launches, including feature announcements and case studies.
  • Collaborate with product, support, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy.
  • Optimize all content for SEO, keyword targeting, and search intent.
  • Analyze competitor content and help build positioning strategies.
  • Convert technical use cases into value-driven, pain-solution-focused marketing copy.
  • Produce video scripts, tutorial outlines, and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem (plugins, themes, page builders, hooks, shortcodes, custom post types).
  • Experience writing for SaaS products, digital tools, or technology platforms.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to beginners while maintaining depth for experts.
  • Excellent command of English grammar, technical vocabulary, and marketing copy style.
  • Experience with SEO writing, keyword placement, content funnel strategy.
  • Understanding of content conversions, CTA placement, CRO copywriting.
  • Ability to structure tutorials, step-by-step guides, and troubleshooting content.
  • Familiar with AI tools for research and content generation (optional but preferred).

Experience
: At least 2 years of working experience.

Education
: Preferably O Level / A Level background, but relaxed for candidates with excellent skills & experience.

Salary Range
: 
40,000 – 50,000
 BDT Per month (Depends on Skills & Experience)

Working Day & Time:
 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
