Job Summary:

The Graphic & Video Editor will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that enhances DMH Foundation's social media presence and event campaigns throughout the year. This role combines creativity with technical skill to produce graphics, videos, and AI Videos, AI voice-over content aligned with the organization's yearly creative plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design posters, banners, infographics, and other campaign materials.
  • Edit event highlights, campaign explainers, and donor testimonial videos.
  • Capture and produce high-quality
    photography and videography

for events and campaigns.
- Integrate
AI-generated Video & voice-overs

(Bangla & English) into campaign videos.
- Plan and execute weekly creative deliverables following the 52-week content plan.
- Maintain consistent brand identity and design quality across all platforms.
- Collaborate with content writers and social media teams for script and caption alignment.
- Support live event coverage, recap videos, and promotional visuals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media Studies, Film, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    graphic design, video editing and photography/videography

- Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and lighting setup.
- Knowledge of
AI Video, voice-over, text-to-speech (multi) tools

is an advantage.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, detail orientation, and creative judgment.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under tight schedules.
