Position: Urgent Hiring - Laravel Developer Full-Time

Vacancies: 5

Salary Range: 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible)

Weekend: Friday

Requirements

PHP Expertise: Strong command of PHP programming.

OOP Principles: Solid understanding and practical use of Object-Oriented Programming.

Laravel Framework: Proven experience in Laravel application development.

Experience Level: Minimum 1+ year of relevant work experience. Senior-level experience preferred.

Portfolio: Include your relevant Laravel and PHP projects.

Communication Skills: Clear communication and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

Problem Solving: Strong logical thinking and debugging skills.

Project Experience: Experience in developing applications in EduTech, FinTech, HealthTech, or similar sectors (e.g., POS, Education Management, Hospital Management systems)

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance Laravel-based backend applications.

Collaborate with frontend teams for seamless integration (e.g., with React JS).

Design and implement new features based on business needs.

Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and security.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for best performance.

Follow best coding practices, write clean and maintainable code.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Communicate project status clearly and concisely in English.

Mentor junior developers if required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Exceptional candidates without a formal degree may also be considered based on proven expertise.
