Job Description

As a Laravel Developer at NapTech Labs, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and deploying high-performance web applications. This role requires a dynamic individual who can navigate both front-end and back-end development. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions are both innovative and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
  • Front-End Expertise: Build responsive and engaging user interfaces with modern frameworks, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Back-End Architecture: Develop robust back-end services, RESTful APIs, and manage database systems ensuring security, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:
  • Expert-level proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework.
  • Strong command of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, jQuery, and AJAX) and experience with modern framework React.
  • Proven experience with RESTful API design and integration.
  • Proficiency in database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.
  • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
