Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a highly skilled
Full-Stack Developer
to join our team in
Dhaka
. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
end-to-end web application development
, both
front-end and back-end
, and be capable of
handling client projects independently
.

This role requires an individual who can
work independently, make informed decisions, and deliver results without constant supervision
.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    full-stack web applications
    .
  • Build
    scalable back-end systems
    using , Laravel, or Python/Django.
  • Create responsive
    front-end interfaces
    using modern frameworks (React, , or Angular).
  • Integrate
    RESTful APIs
    and third-party services.
  • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with clients to
    understand requirements and deliver solutions independently
    .
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications.
  • Stay updated with
    latest web development technologies and best practices
    .

REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)

  • 4–5+ years
    of hands-on experience in
    full-stack development
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    , Laravel, and Python/Django
    .
  • Experience with
    front-end frameworks
    : React, , or Angular.
  • Solid understanding of
    database systems
    (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience in
    API integration, authentication, and security best practices
    .
  • Ability to
    work independently, manage client requirements, and make technical decisions confidently
    .

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)

  • 4–5+ years
