We are expanding our development team and are on the lookout for outstanding PHP and Laravel Developers who are willing to take charge of tasks and move along with us.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Mid-Level Laravel Developer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize multi-vendor websites with intricate functionalities such as vendor dashboard, product management, order tracking, and reporting.
• Develop POSs with inventory, billing, sales tracking, invoicing.
• Build and maintain ERP software modules (HR, Accounting, Inventory, Sales, etc.), all in accordance with client requirements.
• Integrate and manage local (SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad).
• Write clean, reusable, and standard Laravel code based on best practices and standards.
• Develop and consume RESTful API services or integrate third-party APIs (SMS, payments, shipping, etc.).
• Work with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers to assure smooth user experiences.
• Assure both application and system security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Document technical specifications and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional development experience with PHP (OOP) & Laravel framework.
• Solid understanding of MVC architecture and design patterns.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL database design, query optimization, and Eloquent ORM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX will be a plus).
• Experience with multi-vendor eCommerce, POS, or ERP projects (portfolio preferred).
• Expertise in payment gateway integration (SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad; ).
• Familiarity with Git version control (GitHub).
• Basic Knowledge of server management, deployment, and API security best practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also as part of a collaborative team.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills in English & Bangla.
