Officer - Customer Service

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Maintain and regularly update the doctor database to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate and follow up with key customers to understand their requirements and relay relevant information to department heads.
  • Coordinate regularly with Field Force teams regarding their queries and follow up on assigned target issues to ensure resolution.
  • Support the team in addressing customer concerns and providing timely feedback.
  • Assist in generating reports and insights related to customer interactions .

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Skills Required: Telecommunication, communication and interpersonal skill., Sales target, Customer Service

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Manufacturing (FMCG)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
