Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pattern Maker CAD located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Pattern Maker will be responsible for creating precise patterns using CAD software, developing and refining pattern designs, overseeing fittings to ensure accuracy, and collaborating with sewing professionals to optimize production. The role requires attention to detail and effective communication with design and production teams.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Pattern Making and Pattern Design
  • Skilled in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for pattern creation
  • Experience with Sewing and understanding of garment construction
  • Strong understanding of fitting techniques and the ability to make necessary adjustments
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a production environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Educational background in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or related field is preferred
