Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pattern Maker located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Pattern Maker will be responsible for creating and modifying patterns for garments, ensuring accurate fit and design specifications. Key tasks include pattern design using both manual and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) methods software (CAD - LECTRA & GERBER), evaluating garment fitting, and working collaboratively with sewing teams for efficient production. The professional will also play a critical role in optimizing production processes by ensuring the precision and quality of all patterns.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Pattern Design, Pattern Making, and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) -
  software (CAD - LECTRA & GERBER)
• Strong skills in Fitting and Sewing for garment production
• Attention to detail and ability to create precise patterns that ensure garment quality
• Experience in the apparel industry, especially in creating patterns for woven garments, is beneficial
• Ability to collaborate effectively with production, design, and quality teams
• Bachelor's degree in Related field.
• Must have min 6-10 yrs experience to using CAD
