Pattern Master - Sample (Woven)

Job Description / Responsibility

One of the largest and most reputed garments manufacturers in Bangladesh, is looking for some highly skilled Pattern Master to join the woven sample unit at the plant level, located in Ashulia, Dhaka.

  • Expert in Lectra & Gerber Software with sound knowledge of manual and CAD pattern making, grading.
  • Develop accurate patterns as per buyer requirements and grade according to tech packs.
  • Prepare production-ready patterns for woven garments.
  • Calculate fabric consumption and component usage accurately.
  • Coordinate with sampling, production, and merchandising teams.
  • Attend PP meetings and perform factory visits when required.

Educational Requirements

  • Higher Secondary
  • Diploma
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Garments, Buying House, Pattern making

Experience Requirements

  • At least 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments,Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Strong background in pattern making for woven garments (Men, Women & Children)
  • Must be proficient in English (speaking, reading & writing).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Skilled on Lectra & Gerber Software, Pattern Designing & Marker Making.
