Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Dhaka. The responsibilities include driving sales initiatives, executing marketing strategies, providing training to the sales team, and managing customer service activities. The role also involves developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and supporting the sales management team in achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions effectively
  • Experience in relationship-building and client management
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills are an advantage
