Role Description

This full-time, on-site Assistant Merchandiser role is located in Mongla Upazila. As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will support the execution of merchandising strategies, manage communication with buyers and suppliers, coordinate production schedules, monitor order progress, and assist in ensuring timely delivery of orders. Additional tasks may include market research, maintaining accurate records, and providing support in managing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Experience in Sales, Retail, and Marketing to assist with client management and product promotion.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple merchandising tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and an aptitude for database management are preferred.
• Familiarity with the garment manufacturing industry and experience with international markets will be a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
