Role Description

The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring smooth onboarding, and supporting candidates through hiring procedures. Core tasks include interviewing candidates, communicating with employers and agencies, scheduling hiring events, and maintaining recruitment databases. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Dhaka.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to effectively collaborate with candidates, clients, and team members.
  • Hiring and Interviewing expertise to assess, evaluate, and recruit top talent.
  • Customer Service skills to support candidates during the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple recruitment tasks efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
