Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager in the MIE English Academy (IELTS Program) is based in Dhaka. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team activities, and ensure the successful delivery of the IELTS program. The responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic initiatives, managing a team of educators and administrative staff, maintaining high academic standards, and ensuring student satisfaction. The role also includes tracking performance goals, handling financial management of the branch, and fostering a positive work and learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of education management and IELTS programs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience in operations management, strategic planning, and financial budgeting
  • Proficiency in English, with a focus on academic and business communication
  • Relevant experience in the education sector, particularly with language or test preparation programs
  • Proficiency in administrative and financial software is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
