Role Description,

We are hiring a
hard-working, multitasking IT Officer
with
advanced networking skills
and
minimum 3 years of relevant experience
. This is a
hands-on role
— you will be installing, configuring, repairing, and troubleshooting IT systems and networking equipment daily. The job requires someone who can work under pressure, solve problems fast, and keep systems running smoothly for over 400 employees across our group of companies.

Responsibilities,

  • Perform
    preventive maintenance

to keep systems running at 99.9% uptime.
- Monitor, test, and fix
network performance issues

immediately.
- Configure and troubleshoot
routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs

.
- Work with
advanced routing protocols

(OSPF, BGP) when needed.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain
Windows Server

for ERP and access control.
- Set up and repair
computers, printers, CCTV cameras, and access control systems

.
- Run cables, mount devices, and ensure proper network connectivity.
- Keep updated records of
all IT assets and equipment

.
- Handle the IT purchase process, including checking product compatibility and performance.
- Respond quickly to
urgent IT support calls

and resolve problems on-site.

Required Skills,

  • Minimum
    3 years of hands-on experience
    in IT networking and support
  • Advanced networking knowledge
    (VLAN, routing, firewall rules, VPN, OSPF, BGP)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, network, and software issues
  • Hands-on experience with
    MikroTik, Cisco, or Ruijie devices
  • Experience with
    Windows Server setup and administration
  • Basic electrical and cabling knowledge for hardware installations
  • Ability to work long hours when required and handle multiple tasks at once
  • Experience working in an ISP environment will be a strong advantage

Educational & Certification Requirements,

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science
    (or equivalent)
  • MTCNA/CCNA
    Vendor Certification–
    mandatory
