Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
IELTS Speaking Instructor
to join our team full-time. The primary focus will be on
preparing students for the IELTS Speaking test
and
student visa interviews
, particularly for destinations such as Hungary, Canada, the UK, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one and small group speaking sessions focused on IELTS Part 1, 2, and 3.
  • Train students to confidently answer common
    student visa interview questions
    .
  • Improve students' spoken fluency, pronunciation, and coherence.
  • Develop and deliver customized mock interviews to simulate real visa interviews.
  • Provide individual feedback and performance improvement plans.
  • Maintain student progress records and update performance regularly.
  • Stay updated with visa interview trends and common embassy questions.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (English or Education preferred).
  • IELTS band score of 7.0 or above in Speaking
    (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of teaching or training experience in IELTS or English speaking.
  • Strong understanding of
    student visa interview patterns
    and embassy expectations.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • Comfortable working with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Patience, empathy, and professional attitude.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in preparing students for
    Hungarian or Schengen student visa interviews
    .
  • Ability to create engaging content and mock test materials.
  • Familiarity with British Council and IDP formats.
