We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation and marketing strategies.

Position: Digital Marketing Intern / Content Writing Intern

Department: Sales & Marketing

Internship Period: 4 months

Internship Opening: 3-4

Job Responsibilities: 

- Assist in creating and managing a content calendar.

- Manage, monitor, schedule, and publish posts across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights.

- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

- Ensure all social media activities align with the brand's tone, guidelines, and marketing objectives.

- Assist in prospecting and outbound research using tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator under the guidance of senior team members.

Compensation & Learning Curve: 

- Monthly allowance of 8,000 BDT

- 10 AM - 7 PM from Monday - Friday; Sat & Sun Weekend (2 Days)

- Learn how to grow real followers with smart social media strategies - Gain Knowledge of top outbound tools like Apollo & LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Get hands-on knowledge with CRMs like Salesmate & HubSpot - Launch targeted organic Facebook campaigns - Read and act on Google Analytics data

Qualification and Requirements:

- Recent graduates in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.

- Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic social media management tools (e.g., Buffer).

- Strong English communication skills (comfortable with both content creation and client interactions).

- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Zoom, and web-based tools.

- Interest in digital marketing, lead generation, and client engagement.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesmate) is a plus.

Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Photoshop (preferred but not mandatory).

Office Hour: 10 AM - 7 PM from Monday - Friday

Job Location: House:15, Road: 04, Block: G, Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka
