About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Sales team on-site at our Dhaka office. In this role, you'll work closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to bring our brand to life across digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of visual assets for digital platforms such as social media, website graphics, online advertisements, and presentations, based on provided briefs and direction.
  • Help design and prepare production-ready files for brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other physical promotional materials under guidance.
  • Work alongside the Marketing and Sales teams to supply required visual assets for campaigns and client-facing decks, following established plans and timelines.
  • Adhere to existing brand guidelines and follow instructions from the Creative Lead to ensure all design outputs remain consistent.
  • Apply feedback and requested revisions from internal stakeholders to improve and finalize designs.
  • Manage assigned design tasks, maintain organized files, and ensure deliverables are completed on time.

Qualifications

  • A university degree, preferably in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or any related field.

Required Skills

  • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • A solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to translate briefs into effective designs.
  • Willingness to work on-site at our office in Mohakhali, Dhaka.

Preferred Skills

  • Working knowledge of Figma is a strong plus.
  • Basic experience with Webflow or other website CMS platforms.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and branding concepts.
  • Prior experience with social media content design.
