About the Role

We are looking for a
creative, detail-oriented, and brand-focused Graphics Designer
to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate must have strong visual communication skills, the ability to understand brand guidelines, and experience designing content for education, edtech, study abroad, and language training industries.

This role will be responsible for designing visuals for social media, print collaterals, marketing campaigns, video content, website design elements, and brand identity projects.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Branding

-Develop high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual concepts aligned with GPEL and Global Academy's brand identity.

-Create designs for social media posts, banners, posters, flyers, brochures, presentations, and digital ads.

-Assist in creating brand guidelines, logo elements, and refreshes when required.

Digital Content Production

-Design visual content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube thumbnails, LinkedIn, and website landing pages.

-Create creative assets for campaigns, giveaways, influencer collaborations, and paid ads.

-Support video editing team with graphical elements, lower thirds, transitions, and motion graphics (basic).

Marketing & EdTech Product Support

-Design course materials, study packs, worksheets, infographics, and academic visuals for IELTS, PTE, Languages, SAT/GRE/GMAT, etc.

-Create visuals for study abroad promotions, admissions updates, university highlight campaigns, and event promotions.

Offline & Event Collateral

-Create designs for standees, roll-up banners, signboards, event backdrops, booth displays, and branding materials.

-Design brochures, leaflets, certificates, and print-ready materials.

Collaboration & Reporting

-Work closely with the Head of Marketing, content writers, video editors, and digital marketing specialists.

-Ensure consistency across all visual outputs.

-Maintain a library of design files, templates, and brand assets.

-Meet deadlines and deliver quality designs under pressure.

Requirements

Technical Skills

-Proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
, and
Figma/Canva
.

-Basic knowledge of
motion graphics
or
CapCut/Premiere Pro
is a plus.

-Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and color theory.

Experience

-Minimum
2–4 years of proven experience
as a Graphics Designer.

-Experience in
education, consultancy, or agency environments
preferred.

Soft Skills

-Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

-Strong sense of branding, design consistency, and modern style aesthetics.

-Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
