Role Overview

We are looking for a
Graphic Designer / Senior Graphic Designer
to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong visual sense, understands digital-first design, and can translate ideas into compelling visuals across platforms.

For senior candidates, the role includes greater ownership of visual direction, mentoring, and collaboration with strategy and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visually engaging designs for digital platforms including social media, websites, presentations, ads, and marketing collateral
  • Develop creatives aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life
  • Translate briefs and concepts into high-quality visual outputs
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all design deliverables
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and digital best practice
  • Lead visual direction for campaigns and brand projects
  • Mentor and guide junior designers
  • Contribute to concept development and creative ideation
  • Review and maintain high design standards across projects
  • Work closely with stakeholders to shape creative solutions
  • Take ownership of timelines, quality, and execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic or digital design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Motion graphics or basic video editing
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills
  • Experience leading or owning design projects end-to-end
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools and workflows
  • Experience with social media creatives and performance-driven design
