Job Context

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative
Graphic Designer & Motion Designer

to join our team. In this role, you will create innovative visuals across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. You will collaborate closely with our creative, marketing, and video production teams to conceptualize and execute designs that effectively communicate brand identity and client messaging.

This role also involves crafting engaging
video content

, including editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling for various digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce visually engaging content across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
  • Develop creative concepts and deliver high-quality graphics, motion graphics, and video content that align with brand identity and client objectives.
  • Edit raw video footage into polished, compelling content for social media, advertisements, brand videos, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create dynamic motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video storytelling and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and production teams to brainstorm ideas and execute unique visual solutions.
  • Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all design and video outputs.
  • Optimize graphics and videos for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and web.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, video techniques, animation styles, and industry best practices.
  • Solve creative challenges using strong critical thinking, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and uphold a high standard of quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a
    Graphic Designer

, with at least
2 years of professional work experience

.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in
graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics

.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically about design and its impact.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and overall design principles.
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, accurate work consistently.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers is a plus.
- Digitally focused mindset and passion for staying updated on emerging design and digital trends.
