Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Chief Operating Officer role located in Gulshan. The Chief Operating Officer will oversee day-to-day operations, manage business planning initiatives, and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Responsibilities include developing operational strategies, optimizing workflows, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring adherence to organizational goals and budgets. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to align operations with the organization's vision and mission.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management
  • Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting to manage financial performance effectively
  • Highly developed Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Proven leadership ability with a capacity to oversee and motivate diverse teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within an organization or similar setting
