Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Manage day-to-day store operations by ensuring compliance with company policies and cost control.
  • Maintain excellent store condition (cleanliness, stock arrangement, housekeeping, and visual merchandising).
  • Handle inventory management & shrinkage control.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively, provide solutions, and report to management.

Job Requirements:

  • Any level of experience is welcome (Freshers encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication & customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary:
    15,000 – 18,000 BDT
  • Other benefits as per company policy.
