Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Expert will be responsible for end-to-end digital business execution, including digital marketing, lead generation, sales conversion, and delivery coordination. This role is strictly KPI and target-driven, with clear accountability for revenue generation and customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company sales goals
  • Manage Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance, Cost Per Result (CPR), and ROI
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Sales

  • Generate qualified Sales through online platforms
  • Handle the complete sales cycle: inquiry → follow-up → negotiation → order confirmation
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Delivery Coordination

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of confirmed orders
  • Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams
  • Track delivery status and resolve delivery-related issues

Customer Management

  • Maintain professional and regular communication with customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Handle complaints related to sales, service, or delivery

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • E-commerce

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing with sales responsibility
  • Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets

  • Monthly qualified lead generation target
  • Monthly sales target achievement
  • On-time delivery rate (minimum 95%)
  • Customer satisfaction score
  • Timely and accurate reporting
