Role Overview
We are seeking an
experienced Digital Marketer
who can transform Agrigate's creative vision into powerful campaigns. This role is about strategy, analytics, and amplification — ensuring that every story we tell reaches the right audience, sparks engagement, and drives measurable impact with clear ROI. You will also be working under strong creative expertise, gaining opportunities to learn, adapt, and continuously improve your skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
•
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across
Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
.
•
Collaborate with creative teams to amplify leadership visits, farmer journeys, and brand campaigns.
•
Manage SEO, SEM, and analytics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.
•
Design and monitor ad campaigns that align with Agrigate's mission and values.
•
Track KPIs including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and
return on investment (ROI)
.
•
Prepare performance reports and translate insights into actionable improvements.
•
Stay updated on digital trends and propose innovative ways to expand Agrigate's digital footprint.
Qualifications
• Work Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years in digital marketing, campaign management, and analytics.
• Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
•
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and paid advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn).
•
Ability to translate creative storytelling into measurable digital outcomes.
•
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•
