Digital Marketing Expert (Ad Run Specialist)

Job Description / Responsibility

Lens Cafe Studio is looking for an experienced, performance-driven Digital Marketing Expert who specializes in paid advertising, campaign optimization, and digital growth strategies. The ideal candidate must be passionate, responsible, and result-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Work Schedule

  • Office Work: 1–2 days per week (Work from Office)

Job Responsibilities

Plan, run, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:

  • Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads)
  • Instagram Marketing (Organic & Paid Strategy)
  • YouTube Ads
  • Google Ads (Search, Display & Video)
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, audience targeting, and funnel strategies.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize:
  • Facebook Pixel
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Conversion Tracking & Retargeting
  • Work with LMS and CRM platforms to track leads, user journeys, and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Optimize ads for better ROI, leads, sales, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and platform updates.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Practical experience will be prioritized over academic background)
  • Skills Required: Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), lead generation, Online Advertising, YouTube Marketing, Data analysis, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Facebook marketing, Facebook Pixel

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Advertising Agency, Software Company,IT Enabled Service,BPO/ Data Entry Firm,Online Streaming Startup,Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup,Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing (Ad Running).
  • Proven success in running paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • Facebook Ads Manager
  • Google Ads Dashboard
  • YouTube Ad Campaigns
  • Instagram Marketing

Practical experience with:

  • Pixel setup
  • Tracking & retargeting
  • Landing page-based campaigns
  • Familiarity with LMS and CRM platforms (lead tracking, student/user management).
  • Ability to analyze performance data and metrics.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Personal Requirements
