Call Center Telesales Executive

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Excellent Communication skill with customers in appropriate accent Sense of responsibility and Achieve the daily target Analytic skill and working ability for team development.
  • Smart, charismatic communicator with strong convincing ability
  • Must have to do target oriented calls and fulfill sales target
  • Moderate proficiency in Bangla & English (spoken & written)
  • Strong willingness to put in maximum effort to reach targets
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to inform them about our products and services.
  • Answer customer questions regarding company offerings in a professional manner.
  • Generate sales leads and close deals via phone or email.
  • Manage the company's social media accounts to support marketing efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, leads, and other important information.
  • Developed competencies required for service oriented and result focused.
  • Can be roaster duty.
  • Good command in Microsoft office specially excel for daily reporting.
  • Excellent Communication skill to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills
  • Self motivated and Willing to work for longer period and any time in the day
  • Confident to take challenge and fulfill KPI
  • Flexibility to work till late and night shifting
  • Must have Good communication skill in Bangla and English with proper accent
  • Good computer skill is required with good typing skill
  • Good reading and writing skill in both Bangla and English
  • Applicants have to be Smart, energetic and good communication skill
  • Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining a teams
  • Knowledge about social media maintenance would be appreciable

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service,Computer Hardware/Network Companies,Call Center

Additional Requirements

  • Should have telesales experience with good conversion rate.
  • Sales commission would be added based on target
