At Shunno International Limited, we build scalable digital products web platforms, mobile apps, and cloud-based systems for businesses in Bangladesh and beyond.

We're now looking for a Senior Backend Engineer / Technical Lead who can own backend systems, lead developers, and deliver reliably at scale.

This is not just a coding role. You'll plan backend architecture, guide the team, and ensure every project ships clean, fast, and production ready.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor the backend development team
  • Own backend architecture, APIs, databases, and infrastructure
  • Plan backend development roadmap for multiple projects
  • Design and maintain scalable RESTful APIs & WebSocket services
  • Manage Linux servers (production & staging)
  • Deploy, monitor, optimize, and secure applications
  • Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure quality delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Must Have 5+ years of backend experience
  • Strong Linux server management skills
  • Solid experience with PHP, Laravel, REST APIs, WebSocket
  • Experience designing and maintaining scalable backend systems
  • Ability to lead, plan, and take ownership
  • Microservice architecture experience

Nice to Have

  • Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Docker / Kubernetes
  • CI/CD pipelines
