Responsibilities

  • Monitor and supervise marketing operations and activities in the marketing department
  • Develop and implement marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns to create brand identity and reach the target audience
  • Monitor and research market trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Research customer behavior to identify their preferences, needs, concerns, and buying habits
  • Collaborate with other marketing professionals to develop campaign names, slogans, and other graphic elements
  • Establish and manage budgets and plan budgets for all marketing activities
  • Review and evaluate the success and performance of marketing campaigns to ensure goals are being met
  • Prepare and analyze marketing reports and metrics
  • Draft and prepare marketing materials such as flyers, posters, newsletters, social media posts, etc
  • Write and proofread copy for online and print campaigns and materials
  • Monitor social media channels
  • Arrange the successful distribution of marketing materials
  • Organize and attend events, conferences, meetings, seminars, exhibitions, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
