Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer, located in Dhaka. The Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engineering solutions. Daily tasks may include analyzing project requirements, creating technical specifications, troubleshooting issues, maintaining systems and equipment, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The Engineer will work closely with other departments to support the company's operations and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Technical skills such as CAD, blueprint reading, and programming
  • Analytical skills for problem-solving and process improvements
  • Project management skills including planning, scheduling, and coordination
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and presenting findings
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a similar engineering role is beneficial
