Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive/Senior Executive in Human Resources & Administration, based in Khulna, Bangladesh. The role involves assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee relations, and overseeing training and development programs. The individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws, maintaining employee records, and supporting performance management systems. Additionally, the role entails contributing to administrative tasks, including office operations and facilities management, to ensure an efficient and harmonious workplace.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
- Proficiency in administrative functions, office management, and organizational skills
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee relations skills
- Experience in training and development programs for employee growth
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems, MS Office, and relevant HR software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters
- Educational qualification such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field
