British American Tobacco Bangladesh has an exciting opportunity for an Analyst – IDT Operations
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Lead secure digital solution delivery across manufacturing, supply chain, and quality domains.
  • Act as Technical Product Manager, managing architecture, cybersecurity, and platform readiness.
  • Drive Agile-based project execution, vendor coordination, and compliance with IT governance standards.
  • Oversee incident response, escalation workflows, and disaster recovery for mission-critical systems.
  • Maintain technical documentation, audit trails, and standardized digital protocols across sites.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field; 3–5 years' experience in IT, software, or cybersecurity.
  • Strong grasp of enterprise architecture, cloud security (Azure), and tools like Power BI, ServiceNow.
  • Experience in Agile/DevOps environments with solid analytical, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001, and cybersecurity best practices.
