We are looking for a dynamic, knowledgeable, and hardworking IT professional to manage the IT Support team. The role involves ensuring smooth IT operations, providing high-quality technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and implementing system upgrades across the organization.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the IT Support team to ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide direct IT support to end-users, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, applications, and network devices.
  • Ensure availability, performance, and security of IT systems and services.
  • Monitor and maintain company IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, firewalls, routers, switches, and security systems.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, and best practices for system use and security.
  • Manage backup, disaster recovery, and data protection strategies.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments for IT requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain IT inventory, licensing, and system documentation.
  • Provide regular IT support reports to the management.
  • Plan and implement system upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Train and guide junior IT executives to enhance their technical and customer service skills.
  • Ensure IT compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management, system administration, and user support.
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems, networking (LAN/WAN), and security protocols.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, mail servers, and cloud-based services.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English (both written & oral).
  • Strong organizational, reporting, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and handle crisis situations effectively.
  • Must be energetic, proactive, and service-oriented.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in CSE/ CSC/ EEE/ ECE/ ICE/ IT from any reputed university.
  • Minimum 02 years of experience in IT Support/ System Administration/ Network Management (preferably in ISP/Software/IT industry).
  • Professional certifications (CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, ITIL, etc.) will be considered as an added advantage.
