General Manager

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage overall office operations and administrative functions.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office management and workflow efficiency.
  • Supervise administration, HR coordination, procurement, and logistics.
  • Must have understanding of banking operations, particularly Letters of Credit (L/C).
  • The candidate must be able to type in both Bangla and English and have knowledge of drafting.
  • Must be proficient in computer applications and the English language.
  • Experience in the automobiles sector will be given preference.
  • Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Monitor office budgets, expenses, and cost control measures
  • Coordinate with management and department heads for operational support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Handle vendor management, office assets, and facilities maintenance

Educational Requirements

  • Masters
  • Skills Required: General Banking, Corporate Marketing, Letter Of Credit, Office Administration, Leadership and Good Communication skill.

Experience Requirements

  • 8 to 12 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
