About The Role
As the Sales Operations Specialist, you'll be our go-to-person by providing operational and customer support to a key group of internal clients ("sellers"). You'll work with leaders across the organization to build strategic reporting and ensure that our data stays in sync between our various tools. This role requires a service-oriented skillset with exceptional communication and the desire to support the end user experience. Meticulous attention to detail, the capability to manage multiple tasks at once and the ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround are essential for success. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all inbound leads are routed correctly and engaged effectively by the sales team.
- Monitor the sales pipeline to ensure accurate data entry, smooth workflows, and consistent tracking of opportunities, including robust Deal Management from initiation to close.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance metrics, such as pipeline health, conversion rates, sales velocity, and commission
attainment. - Identify opportunities to streamline sales operations and enhance efficiency through automation and process improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and finance, to align Revenue Operations with overall business objectives, actively participating in Pricing
Desk and Deal Desk discussions to optimize deal structures.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, sales operations, or a related role in a SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales technologies (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, LinkedIn).
- Solid understanding of sales processes, best practices, and the intricacies of Deal Management and Commission structures.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams, including effective participation in Pricing Desk and Deal Desk discussions.
- Be able to work with large data sets, recognize patterns, and derive actionable insights for Sales Operations improvements.
Employment Structure
- Hybrid in Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka | Full-time
- Salary: USD 1,500 - 2,000
- Benefits: 2 Festival Bonuses Fully Subsidized Meals
- Work Week: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM BST (Overlapping Hours with US EST Timezone)
