Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dhaka for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, training clients on product features, managing customer service inquiries, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and staying updated with industry trends to provide effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Ability to conduct Training and provide client education
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is a plus
