Role Overview

As a Sales Specialist at , you will identify potential clients, understand their needs, and offer AI agent solutions to transform their business operations. You will be responsible for driving growth in Bangladesh by targeting B2B customers in industries such as CPG, telecom, banking, fintech, and service sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in Bangladesh.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., CXOs, Directors, IT heads).
  • Understand client requirements and present AI agent solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the local Bangladesh market.
  • Conduct demos, product presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure and onboarding.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the local AI/technology space.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams on market requirements and customer needs.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, IT solutions, or enterprise tech.
  • A strong understanding of AI/ML or digital transformation solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Fluency in English and Bengali (written and spoken).
  • Experience with consultative and solution-based selling methodologies.
