Job Description / Responsibility

Our company is expanding its international activities and communication network.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can manage communication with foreign clients, partners, and agencies, and handle executive-level coordination with accuracy and professionalism.

The selected candidate will support senior management with scheduling, documentation, reporting, and daily coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage communication, emails, and meetings with international clients and partners. Prepare reports, summaries, notes, and presentations in professional English.
  • Handle daily schedules, appointments, follow-ups, and reminders.
  • Assist in preparing meeting minutes and tracking progress on assigned tasks.
  • Provide executive support, including documentation and confidential file management.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications as required.

Educational Requirements

  • Masters
  • IELTS overall score 7.0 – 8.0, OR
  • Completed O-Level & A-Level from English Medium
  • [BRAC University, East West University, North South University, University of Dhaka, Jahangirnagar University ]students will get preference

Additional Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills with proven corporate experience.
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Smart, disciplined, and professional attitude.
  • Confident in communicating with international clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
