Job Description / Responsibility
Our company is expanding its international activities and communication network.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can manage communication with foreign clients, partners, and agencies, and handle executive-level coordination with accuracy and professionalism.
The selected candidate will support senior management with scheduling, documentation, reporting, and daily coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage communication, emails, and meetings with international clients and partners. Prepare reports, summaries, notes, and presentations in professional English.
- Handle daily schedules, appointments, follow-ups, and reminders.
- Assist in preparing meeting minutes and tracking progress on assigned tasks.
- Provide executive support, including documentation and confidential file management.
- Coordinate internal and external communications as required.
Educational Requirements
- Masters
- IELTS overall score 7.0 – 8.0, OR
- Completed O-Level & A-Level from English Medium
- [BRAC University, East West University, North South University, University of Dhaka, Jahangirnagar University ]students will get preference
Additional Requirements
- Strong English communication skills with proven corporate experience.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
