to help students build a strong foundation in English. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving learners' basic skills in
listening, reading, writing, speaking, and grammar
, and will create an engaging, supportive classroom environment that encourages steady progress and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English language skills — Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Grammar — to students with limited English proficiency.
- Plan and deliver interactive, engaging, and level-appropriate lessons that make learning enjoyable and accessible.
- Write educational scripts for social media content
- Use creative activities and real-life examples to build students' confidence in communication.
- Identify areas where students struggle and provide targeted support and feedback.
- Monitor student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly.
- Create or adapt teaching materials suitable for foundational-level learners.
- Foster a positive, motivating classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and growth.
- Collaborate with the academic team to maintain consistency across teaching methods and course outcomes.
Requirements:
- Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Experience teaching or tutoring students in English (experience with beginners is a plus).
- Ability to simplify lessons and explain concepts clearly and patiently.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- TEFL/TESOL certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- An IELTS score is a bonus.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to
work on-site at our office in Uttara
