is looking for a passionate and patient
English Teacher
to help students build a strong foundation in English. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving learners' basic skills in
listening, reading, writing, speaking, and grammar
, and will create an engaging, supportive classroom environment that encourages steady progress and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Teach English language skills — Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Grammar — to students with limited English proficiency.
  2. Plan and deliver interactive, engaging, and level-appropriate lessons that make learning enjoyable and accessible.
  3. Write educational scripts for social media content
  4. Use creative activities and real-life examples to build students' confidence in communication.
  5. Identify areas where students struggle and provide targeted support and feedback.
  6. Monitor student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly.
  7. Create or adapt teaching materials suitable for foundational-level learners.
  8. Foster a positive, motivating classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and growth.
  9. Collaborate with the academic team to maintain consistency across teaching methods and course outcomes.

Requirements:

  1. Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
  2. Experience teaching or tutoring students in English (experience with beginners is a plus).
  3. Ability to simplify lessons and explain concepts clearly and patiently.
  4. Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  5. Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred).
  6. TEFL/TESOL certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  7. An IELTS score is a bonus.
  8. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  9. Must be willing to
    work on-site at our office in Uttara
