Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Spoken English Instructor. The role includes developing and delivering interactive lessons to improve students' English speaking and communication skills. Responsibilities include designing course materials, conducting assessments, providing feedback, and fostering an engaging online class environment. The instructor will support learners of various proficiency levels to achieve specific language goals, ensuring a supportive and professional virtual learning experience.
Qualifications
- Experience and proficiency in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching skills
- A strong background in Education, with a focus on language instruction or related fields
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Writing, especially for creating educational materials
- Ability to engage with diverse groups of learners and adapt teaching methods to suit varying skill levels
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related fields (Master's degree preferred)
- Prior experience in teaching English as a second language (ESL/EFL) is a plus
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and virtual classroom technology is highly desirable
